We are currently recruiting for an Operations Specialist.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for corresponding with and meeting the needs of member credit unions, as well as accurately keeping a record of their financial transactions. Perform user administration for all member-facing websites and applications. Send administrative forms to member credit unions. Process administrative forms and requests in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate by telephone/email regarding all aspects of the credit union’s relationships with the corporate. Create records of credit unions’ financial transactions. Research and resolve discrepancies between general ledger accounts and suspense entries.  Work from a standard office setting; no other travel required.

Based on experience.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

    Customer service experience preferred

  Familiar with related electronic data processing systems

  Ability to produce and maintain accurate records of financial transactions and credit union correspondence

  Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  Detail oriented

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma. 1-2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative or progressive experience using electronic data processing systems or in the banking industry. Experience in business administration or bookkeeping a plus.
