Senior Vice President and Customer Service Director

Gloryana Nelson is a Senior Vice President and Customer Service Director for ACH Operations at Wells Fargo.  She is responsible for ACH Inquiries and Investigations, Received Services, and Reclamations teams in Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; Winston-Salem, NC; and Hyderabad, India.

Gloryana began her career with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 1999 and joined ACH Operations in 2004. She was an Investigations team lead for three years before pursuing an opportunity in Corporate Banking, where she managed a portfolio of financial services providers with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. Her next role was back in Home Mortgage leading multiple service teams. In 2014, she rejoined ACH, ECS, and Instant Payments and held operational leadership roles in File Processing and Reject Repair/NORs. For the past 5 years, Gloryana has managed a team that provides production support and complex issue resolution for four ECS Receivables products.

Gloryana is an active participant and leader in our Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) and volunteers with the Employee Impact Team. During her tenure, she has served as Board President of the Veterans’ ERN, Minnesota Chapter, as well as the Women’s ERN, Winston-Salem Chapter. 

Gloryana obtained the Accredited ACH Professional certification in 2005 and the Accredited Payments Risk Professional certification in 2019.  She holds a BS degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University, and an MBA from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
